We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully as different products have different rules.


Section 1: Maternity Support Items

This includes: Maternity panties, bras, leggings, and other supportive comfort items

Returns

Return Window: 60 days from delivery

Free Size Exchanges: Yes — if your size doesn't fit right, we'll exchange it for free

Important Rules

Size Issues: If your item doesn't fit or you received the wrong size, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. After 5 days, size-related returns may not be accepted.

"No Longer Needed" Returns: We cannot accept returns on underwear items simply because you changed your mind or no longer need them. This is for hygiene reasons.

What Qualifies For Return

✓ Item doesn't fit (reported within 5 days)
✓ Wrong size received (reported within 5 days)
✓ Damaged or defective item
✓ Wrong item received

What Does NOT Qualify

✗ Changed your mind
✗ No longer needed

Section 2: Maternity Clothing

This includes: Maternity dresses and other clothing items

Returns

Return Window: 30 days from delivery

Important Rules

Size Issues: If your item doesn't fit or you received the wrong size, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. After 5 days, size-related returns may not be accepted.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

What Qualifies For Return

✓ Item doesn't fit (reported within 5 days)
✓ Wrong size received (reported within 5 days)
✓ Damaged or defective item
✓ Wrong item received
✓ Changed your mind (within 30 days, item must be unused)

What Does NOT Qualify

✗ Size issue reported after 5 days
✗ Items that have been worn or washed
✗ Items without original tags


Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests made within 3 days of placing your order will be accepted.

Cancellation requests made after 3 days may not be accepted, as your order may already be processed or shipped.


How To Start A Return Or Exchange

Step 1: Email us at support@auramaternity.com

Step 2: Include your order number and reason for return

Step 3: We'll send you return instructions within 24-48 hours

Step 4: Ship the item back to us

Step 5: Once we receive it, we'll process your refund or exchange


Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for us to inspect and process
  • 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)
